Overview

MediMic.Ai offers several plans designed to fit individual providers, small practices, and large health systems. All plans include HIPAA-compliant end-to-end encryption, Business Associate Agreement coverage, and full access to the core translation features.


Plan Tiers

Free Trial (Guest)

For providers evaluating MediMic before committing to a plan.

  • Sessions: Limited trial sessions per device
  • Devices: 1 device
  • Features: Shared Device mode, Two-Device mode, all languages
  • Portal: Basic session list (no history export)
  • BAA: Not available (trial use only — not for production PHI)
  • Support: Community / self-serve

Trial sessions are counted per device. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not reset the trial counter.


Individual

For solo practitioners and independent providers.

  • Sessions: Up to X sessions/month (pricing TBD)
  • Devices: Up to 3 devices
  • Features: All session modes, all languages, transcript history, portal access
  • BAA: Included
  • Support: Email support, 2-business-day response
  • Price: $X/month or $X/year

Team

For group practices and small clinics with multiple providers.

  • Providers: Up to 10
  • Sessions: Pooled quota across all providers (pricing TBD)
  • Devices: 5 devices per provider
  • Features: All Individual features + Organization management, shared session history, role-based access, admin dashboard
  • BAA: Included (covers all org members)
  • Support: Priority email support, 1-business-day response
  • Price: $X/provider/month or $X/year (billed per org)

Enterprise

For hospitals, health systems, and multi-location organizations.

  • Providers: Unlimited
  • Sessions: Custom volume, negotiated SLA
  • Devices: Unlimited, with device pool management
  • Features: All Team features + sub-organizations, SSO (SAML/OIDC), custom data retention policies, dedicated account manager, audit log export
  • BAA: Negotiated enterprise BAA
  • Support: Dedicated CSM, phone support, SLA with uptime guarantee

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading

  1. Sign in to portal.medimic.ai.
  2. Go to Billing → Change Plan.
  3. Select the new plan.
  4. Enter or confirm payment details.
  5. Click Upgrade — changes take effect immediately.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your current plan's features until then.

Cancelling

Go to Billing → Cancel Plan. Your account reverts to Free Trial at the end of the billing period. Session history and device registrations are retained for 90 days after cancellation before being purged.


Payment

MediMic accepts major credit cards and debit cards. Enterprise accounts can arrange for invoice billing (net-30 terms).

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. MediMic does not store card numbers on our servers.


Usage & Overages

If your account reaches its monthly session limit:

  • Individual: Additional sessions are available at a per-session overage rate.
  • Team: Admins receive an email alert and can purchase additional sessions or upgrade the plan.
  • Enterprise: Custom overage terms defined in your contract.

Refunds

Annual subscriptions are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.


Invoices

Invoices are emailed to the account's billing email after each payment. You can also download past invoices from Billing → Invoice History.
